4 heads of garlic, separated into cloves
1 large or 2 medium sweet potatoes
1 L water (4 cups)
Pinch of cinnamon
2 Tbsp chicken bouillon
Ground black pepper
Salt (if needed, to taste)
1. Slice the garlic cloves, dice the vegetables. Heat 3 Tbsp of oil in a pot and sauté the onion until lightly golden. Add to the garlic and sauté for another two minutes.
2. Add the other vegetables and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season and add the water. Cook for 40 minutes and then blend until smooth. Leave for another minute and them remove from the heat.

You can add some cream right at the end.
