Halva ice cream
Before the summer is over, I’m offering you a delicious recipe which is home-made or more precisely, Mum-made.
Ingredients:
2 cups of whipping cream
1 spoon full of sugar
200 ml concentrated milk
2 spoons of Halva Spread
1 tsp of coffee
Preparation:
1. Whip 1 cup of whipping cream and sugar to solid whipped cream, add concentrated milk, Halva and Instant Coffee and mix to homogeneous mixture.
*2. Separately, whip the second cup of whipping cream and when it’s ready fold into it the first Halva cream. Freeze after dividing into individual cups. Keep frozen.
