Homemade bbq sauce

A great condiment for seasoning meat. I know you can get store-bought but honestly, this is even better, and you can whip it up in no time and store it in a jar.
A wonderful combination of flavors that upgrades any meat dish. Perfect for Independence Day.
This sauce features a lot in my home when I make chicken breast or wings. No artificial additives, just lots of bold flavor.

Ingredients:

2 heaped Tbsp ketchup
2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 Tbsp soy sauce
Just a little under 2 tsp mustard
2 heaped Tbsp honey/maple

Preparation:

1. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.

The sauce is enough for 500 grams chicken breast / boneless chicken thighs / 1 kg wings. You can make this two days in advance and keep it in the fridge. Freezer-friendly.
