Homemade Tomato Soup

Tomato soup is one of my favorite soups. It’s so fun to eat at a cold day. It’s the soup I make the most and every time I try to change something about it. This time I went for oatmeal, so it’ll be healthier.
Oatmeal is rich in fiber, which means it’s good for us. I added it to the soup and ground everything
together. The result was a wonderful tomato soup, and thanks to the oatmeal, it’s considered as a
massive energy boost.
Here’s a recipe for a homemade soup full of flavors. Also, don’t tell anyone what’s inside it:)

3 – 4 Servings

Ingredients:

7 nice ripe tomatoes, diced
Onion, diced
A clove of garlic, finely chopped
1/3 cup of fine oatmeal – Quaker
2 carrots, sliced
A full teaspoon of sugar
A flat spoon of sweet paprika
A tablespoon of sweet chili sauce
A liter and a half of water (6 cups)
2 tablespoons of broth
A half teaspoon of ground black pepper
A pinch of salt

Preparation:

1. Heat a pot with 3 tablespoons of oil and fry the onion over medium heat until lightly golden, add the carrots, oats, tomatoes, water and spices.

2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium and cook for about 40 minutes.

3. Using a stick, grind the soup into a uniform mixture, check the flavors and remove from heat.
