Honey Mousse Cake

Get this delicious and easy-to-follow Mousse Cake recipe. This Mousse Cake is perfect for any special occasion!

Ingredients:

150 gr cookie biscuit
100 ml melted butter
2 tablespoons of light brown sugar

500 ml heavy whipping cream
8 tablespoons of Instant vanilla
1.5 cups of milk
1/3 cup of honey
3 tablespoons of sugar

Crumbs:
10 cookie biscuit
50 gr melted butter
Tablespoons of light brown sugar

Preparation:

1.Grind / crush cookies in the food processor until the cookies are broken into fine crumbs, Add the melted butter and the sugar and process until the crumbs start to stick together.
Pour the crumb mixture into the mold and pat it evenly over the bottom, Freeze for 20 minutes.

2. Pour the whipping cream in the mixing bowl add the milk sugar and honey, Beat together until forms a soft  peak.

3. Spread mixture evenly over cookie biscuit base.

4. Place it in the fridge for about 20 minutes.

5. Prepare a layer of crumbs: Grind / crush cookies in the food processor until the cookies are broken into fine crumbs, Add the melted butter and the sugar and process until the crumbs start to stick together, Sprinkle on a layer of mousse.

*6. Freeze overnight, Put in the fridge 2 hours before serving.

Thank you for your website. My daughter in law in Israel shared it with me. You write 8 T. Vanilla – Do you mean pudding or extract? This recipe looks amazing and delicious and I want to use it for Rosh Hashana. It is not mentioned in the instructions how to use the vanilla, so please explain. Also how can I make it Parve? Can I use soy milk? Thank you
