Hot Rice and Tomato Salad
I absolutely love this salad, At first sight it is not very impressive and you might ask yourself what’s the big deal ? But…
2 cups of rice
3 cups water
4-5 spoons oil
Diced black pepper
1. Find a pan with a fitting cover, heat it up, put the oil and add the rice. Stir-fry the rice several times to get every grain covered with oil.
2. Add the water and the salt, stir a bit, bring to boil and then lower the fire to the minimum and cover.
3. Cook for 18 minutes and leave covered for 10 more at least.
4. Mix the vegetables and season, before serving mix rice and salad and decorate with chives.
