Hyssop Fingers

I love warm yeast pastries that spread a good smell in the house. Only imagine the softness and the spicy flavor of Hyssop. Who is going to eat the first finger that comes out of the oven.


210 gr. (1 1/2 cup) flour
1/2 cup dry yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar
4 spoons olive oil
1/2 cup warm water


3 spoons olive oil
1 full tsp. Hyssop
1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
1/4 tsp. salt


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  1. 2. Place all the ingredients into a mixer or bowl, and Mix to a dough. let bloat in a warm corner and let it swell until it doubles itself.
  1. 3. Flatten dough into a rectangle, cut fingers (stripes), mix the Hyssop ingredients and brush on the fingers.
  1. 4. Bake for 13 minutes or until the bottom becomes yellow.
