Ice Cream Muffins
I suppose you already know that I like pastry in small packages. it is appetizing and makes you want more. Summer is here and what is more inviting than Vanilla Ice Cream Muffins?
1 big egg
200 gr (1 cup) of sugar
1/2 a cup of oil
3 full spoons of Vanilla Ice Cream
1/2 a cup of milk
140 gr (1 cup) self-raising flour
1. Take out Vanilla Ice Cream from the freezer 10-15 minutes ahead.
2. Whisk the eggs and add the sugar and continue whisk with the ice cream
3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
4. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
