


Leftover white rice recipe
We are back to leftovers; we have already dealt with white rice that nobody felt like eating. Once more, we are going to perform a transformation and turn the white rice into a dish worth eating. Now let’s get down to business and I am not responsible if the children ask for refill more than once…
Ingredients:
3 cups of cooked white rice
1 medium-sized chopped onion
1 thinly sliced garlic clove
340 gr. pitted olives
1 1/2 cup of water
1 spoon Paprika
1 spoon tomato puree
1/2 tsp. Turmeric
1 tsp. sugar
Soup powder
Diced black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
- 1. Boil the olives for 15 minutes and filter; repeat the activity once more.
- 2. Fry the onion and the garlic until it’s yellow, add the other ingredients and fry for 10-15 minutes on low to medium fire.
- 3. Mix the rice with the sauce and serve. (No one will recognize the rice.)
