


Mango Lassi Recipe
Lassi is basically a wonderful Indian drink that is made of cold yogurt, and most importantly, it takes only one minute to make. I’m really trying to start a healthier nutrition containing more fruits and vegetables, and I found out that it’s fun to drink a nice smoothie, especially when its so simple to make.
It’s the most refreshing thing to drink during the hot summer days; I suggest you to start the morning with a fresh smoothie, drink a cup of Lassi.
2 cups
Ingredients:
2 large, ripe mangoes (preferably Maya)
200g mildly sweet yogurt (cup)
120ml milk (half a cup)
3 drops rose water extract
7 – 8 crushed ice cubes
Preparation:
1. Peel the mango, remove as much flesh as possible, leaving only the pit, transfer to a food processor along with the yogurt and milk, grind into a smooth puree, taste if the natural sweetness is enough, otherwise add silane or sugar.
2. Add lightly crushed ice cubes and pour into glasses.
