Oh, how I do love mango. This beautiful fruit has arrived in stores and you just gotta make something with it, and it doesn’t have to be a sweet dessert. I found out that the best way to start your morning is with a refreshing smoothie.
No need for sugar, The natural sweetness of the mango is enough, and if you want to add even more sweetness, you can add a modicum of honey and you’re all set. You wake up in the morning, there’s no time for anything, It takes only a minute to make and to pour into cups.
This is how you should start the morning with a refreshing smoothie, especially for the hot summer days.

2 servings

Ingredients:

2 medium ripe mangoes (preferably Maya)
Yogurt with a subtle sweetness
180 ml cold milk (three-quarters of a cup)
A tablespoon of honey

Preparation:

1. Peel the mango, cut into cubes and transfer to a mixer. Add the yogurt, milk and honey and blend until smooth. It is recommended to taste the subtle sweetness. If it is not enough for you, add a tablespoon of sugar.

2. If you prefer a thinner texture, add a little milk or water.

3. Pour into glasses and enjoy.
