Maple roasted carrots
My favorite recipes are the ones that take a minute to prepare and the oven does the rest of the work. Sometimes it’s hard to believe how well these recipes turn out because they’re so easy and require so few ingredients.
Maple roasted carrots with hints of balsamic, a bit of olive oil, it’s a celebration of flavors. Bookmark this one because it’s a keeper! I didn’t even bother to peel the carrots, it couldn’t be easier.
Makes 3-4 servings

1. Wash and dry the carrots well.
2. Preheat an oven to 200°C.
3. Add the maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and seasoning to the carrots. Mix well and arrange on a roasting tray.
4. Bake for 40-50 minutes, check that the carrots are tender before removing from the oven.
