This is one of the oldest cakes of mine and I have forgotten to put it on the site. she is delicious and dairy free.

3 eggs divided into yolks and whites
250 gr (1 1/4 cups) sugar
280 gr (2 cups) self-raising flour
pinch of salt
1/2 cup oil
1 cup orange juice
1 spoon Instant Cocoa
1. whisk egg whites with the sugar to a stable froth,add the yolks one-by-one at slow speed, add orange juice, half the flour, the oil, the salt and the other half of the flour.
2. Take out a third of the mixture into a separate bowl and add the Instant Cocoa.
3. Pour the white mixture into the pan. add the dark mixture on top and mix a little to create shapes.
*4. Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
