Meat and potato croquettes

If I tell you that this is unbelievably tasty, will you believe me? Don’t believe me, try it yourself. Prepare puree croquettes stuffed with spicy minced meat and savor the taste of the good meat covered in delicious potatoes.


4 big potatoes
3 spoons oil
Diced black pepper

350 gr. minced Beef
1 small chopped onion
1 tsp. Paprika
1 bit of Cinnamon
1 full spoon of soup powder
Diced black pepper

2 eggs
Tomato puree


 1. Peel the potatoes, bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the potatoes and Cook until they become soft. using a potato masher crush the potatoes with oil and spices and put aside until they cool off.

  1. 2. Fry the onion, add the Beef and fry while crumbling it, add spices and then fry for 2-3 more minutes. Let it cool.
  1. 3. Work with wet hands, take a piece of potato and put meat in the center, then shut it around the meat, tighten it and flatten it a bit.
  1. 4. Dip the Bastille in flour, beat the eggs, coat the croquette in breadcrumbs.
  1. 5. Possibilities of preparation:
    Baking: Cover pan in oiled baking paper, put the Bastilles inside and bake 20 minutes on one side and 10 on the other.
    Frying: Fry in half-deep oil until they become yellow.
