


Meat Balls for Passover
Excellent meat balls that can be baked, can be fun, and can be enjoyed with every bite. You cannot resume yourself to one and you will see them disappear from the table in a matter of seconds. Can be served around the year.
Ingredients:
250 gr. minced beef
250 gr. minced chicken
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 fried thinly chopped onion
1 egg
1/3 cup Matze Mel (flour made of Matzot)
1 grated potato
1/2 tsp. Turmeric
1 bit of Cinnamon
Soup powder
Diced black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well, roll the mixture into 20 round balls, roll them in the beaten egg and in Matze Mel.
2. Cover a pan with oily baking paper. Put in the meat balls and bake 25 minutes on one side and 15 minutes on the other.
3. Frying is also possible.
