Milk chocolate cake recipe
It doesn’t look like a chocolate cake, it looks lighter. The milk chocolate gives it an exquisite taste and makes it soft. Perfect combination with hot cocoa.

Ingredients:
4 eggs
200 gr (1 cup) sugar
240 ml oil (cup)
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 cup (Less 4 spoons whipping cream)
350 gr flour
12 gr of Baking Powder
4 spoons of whipping cream
taken out from the cup previously
100 gr milk chocolate
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. Whisk eggs and sugar for two minutes, add the ‘wet’ ingredients (Less 4 spoons whipping cream) and whisk again until homogeneous and add flour and baking powder and whisk until it becomes smooth without lumps.
3. Melt milk chocolate and rest whipping cream and add to the mixture.
