Minced chicken and rice recipes
Why do we have to choose between rice and meat? We can eat them together and the tastes blend and create a great lunch or dinner. Everybody’s got rice in the pantry and a packet of minced meat in the freezer. Let’s get down to work.
Ingredients:
500 gr. minced chicken
1 cup rice
1 1/2 cups water
1 thinly chopped onion
2 grated carrots
1 spoon Paprika
1 spoon Ketchup
1 spoon soup powder
Diced black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. In a pan covered with oil, put the rice and stir-fry several times, put the water, 1 tsp. salt, bring to boil, lower the fire and cook for 18 minutes covered.
2. Fry the onion, add the carrot and fry for 2 more minutes, add meat and spices, stir, granulate the meat and add 3/4 cup water and cook for several minutes.
3. Mix with the rice and serve.
