Moist Chocolate Muffins
Do you like chocolate? These muffins are super chocolaty and addictive, and a favorite among children. Did I mention how easy these are to make? Such great muffins…
Makes 14 muffins
100 grams bittersweet chocolate
2 Tbsp chocolate spread
180 grams sugar (3/4 cup)
120 ml oil (1/2 cup)
1/2 cup whipping cream (120 ml)
220 grams self-raising flour (1.5 cups + 1 Tbsp)
1. Preheat an oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Break up the chocolate into squares and place in a microwave safe bowl together with the oil. Microwave until melted and mix until combined. Add the chocolate spread and mix. Add the sugar and mix until combined. Then add the eggs, one at a time, while mixing vigorously. Add the cream and finally, add the flour.
*3. Fill the muffin cups 3/4 full, bake for 15-20 minutes.
