I feel like amusing myself: I have taken the concept of the Majadra, but I exchanged the rice with noodles.
200 gr. noodles
1 cup green lentils
1 chopped medium-sized onion
1/2 tsp. Cumin
1/2 tsp. Turmeric
Diced black pepper
1. Soak the beans for about one hour, filter and cook in boiling water for about 15 minutes.
2. Fry the onion until it yellows, add lentils and spices and fry 5 minutes more.
3. Prepare the noodles according to instructions, add the lentils and check the seasoning.
