


Sauteed mushrooms and cherry tomatoes
Have I already told you how much I loved mushrooms? I always keep some at home. I have no idea what I’m going to make with them, but I’ll think of something. Another thing I love is cherry tomatoes, so why not cook them together? It is a combination of sweet red tomatoes and big pieces of mushroom and the salad is ready in no time. Ingredients:
2 packets of small Champignon Mushrooms cut in half
20 cherry tomatoes cut in half
1 tsp. Soya sauce
1 spoon Sweet Chilly sauce
1 spoon Maple Syrup
Soup powder
Ground black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Sautee the mushrooms in a hot pan with oil, add the tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients cook for a few minutes more.
