Mushroom on salad
I love mushrooms especially when they are sautéed for one or two minutes in a frying pan. My daughter loves a pile of mushrooms next to her omelet. They go well with everything and vanish from the plate in no time.
Ingredients:
1 kg cut up Champignon Mushrooms (two colors)
Bag of Baby Greens
1 spoon Silan
1 tsp. dried parsley
Soup powder
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Thinly sliced almonds
Dressing for the Baby Greens:
5 spoons olive oil
2 spoons honey
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 tsp. mustard
Crushed black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Fry the mushrooms for 2 minutes in hot frying pan and mix in Silan and spices while frying.
2. To make dressing shake all ingredients together in a small jar.
3. put the Baby Greens In a bowl drizzle dressing over, put the mushrooms on the Baby Greens and roast almonds and sprinkle on top and serve.
