Non Dairy Marble Cake
In final analysis, there is nothing like a good mixed cake. I don’t always feel like making efforts and whisking a cream, a chocolate moose and adding strawberries; a marble cake with a bit of chocolate and coffee is an excellent addition to coffee.
Beking pan 24
250 gr(1 cup+ 1/4) sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 cup orange juice
2 tsp Vanilla Essence
1 pinch of salt
300 gr ( 2cups+2 spoons) self-raising flour
1 tsp Instant Coffee
1 spoon Instant Cocoa
1. Start whisking the eggs, add the sugar slowly and bring to inflated condensed cream.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and create a homogeneous mixture.
3. Take out 3/4 of the mixture and mix with Instant cocoa.
4. Transfer the mixture to the pan and put the brown material on top. Mix a little to create shapes.
*5. Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C.
