Noodles recipes with vegetables
The whole point in cooking is making use of what you’ve got at home. Sometimes I open the pantry and notice the large noodles at the back and see that I’ve got sweet potatoes and carrots. We are ready for an orange vegetables dish and the children will be happy. This is mother’s cooking
400 gr. large noodles
1 medium-sized sweet potato
2 big carrots
1 medium-sized onion
2 spoons Silan
Diced black pepper
1. Cut up vegetables into small cubes, fry carrots first, add the rest of the ingredients and fry for several minutes.
2. Prepare noodles according to instructions, filter and add to the frying pan with Silan and seasoning.
3. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes and take off the fire.
