Kids love suprises. I recommend making these lovely ollive balls without telling your kids what hides inside. All kids would love it after the first bite.
20 small buns
200 gr of butter
4 spoons white cheese
280 gr. (2 cups) self-raising flour
2 slices of grated yellow cheese
2 flat tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
1. Make dough from all ingredients, create small balls like Ping-Pong Balls, hide an olive in each ball.
2. Brush on the egg and sprinkle Sesame on top.
3. Heat the oven to 180°C and bake for 25 minutes
4. Serve with cheese and vegetables.
