I love it when there are salads on the table. I’ll tell you a secret: I would have the salads without the main course.
Ingredients:
4 grated Zucchini
2 grated tomatoes
2 chopped onions
100 gr. tomato puree box
Sugar according to taste
cup of water
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped coriander (optional)
1 full tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp. Cumin
Soup powder
Diced black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Fry the onion until it yellows, add Zucchini and tomatoes and fry 2-3 minutes, add spices, water, puree, sugar, bring to boil, lower the flame and add parsley and coriander.
2. Cook for half an hour, add liquids if necessary and check the seasoning.
