Oven Roasted Chicken and Potatoes

There aren’t many meals that I can honestly say that absolutely everyone loves like roasted chicken and potatoes. What I love about this meal is that the potatoes soak up all the delicious flavors from the chicken and they get so soft and tender when they’re cooked. I’ll share a little secret with you that I love to taste potatoes while they’re cooking (hey, I’m just checking to see whether they’re ready), which is why it’s best to make a little more so that everyone has enough.
A great recipe that doesn’t require a lot of work.

Ingredients:

1 kg chicken wings, halved
5 potatoes
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp sweet paprika
1/2 tsp rotisserie chicken spice
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon
Ground black pepper
Salt (if needed, to taste)

Preparation:

1. Preheat an oven to 210°C.

2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into wedges. Arrange on a baking tray and drizzle with oil and salt. Bake for around 25 minutes until lightly golden.

3. While the potatoes are in the oven, place the wings in a bowl and add olive oil and spices and mix well.

4. When the potatoes are lightly golden, arrange the wings on top and put back in the oven. Lower the heat to 190° and bake for another 40 minutes.

Simply amazing!
