Passover pancakes recipe
Just because it’s Passover, doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy delicious pancakes! These are easy to make and tasty too. I’ve even added photos to make preparation a no-brainer.
Makes 20 pancakes
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup milk / water
1 cup matzah flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Beat together the eggs and sugar for around one minute. Add the milk, matzah flour, baking powder and vanilla extract.
2. Heat oil in a pan and place 1 tsp of the batter and fry until golden. Flip and fry the other side until golden as well.
Serve with maple syrup and/or chocolate syrup
