


Pasta in cream sauce recipe
My site offers easy and tasty food. Pasta is easy to deal with and you make it a suitable sauce such as tomato sauce; oh no! Again?! I’d rather prefer a more delicate sauce such as cream and herbs and fried cherry Tomatoes whose juice is absorbed by the pasta and the yellow cheese melts on the pasta slowly. I can’t stand it any more; I must run and prepare it!
Ingredients:
300 gr. pasta
1 chopped onion
20 cherry Tomatoes cut in half
1 tsp. dried Thyme
1 tsp. dried Basil
1 spoon parsley
1 tsp. crushed garlic
1 cup cooking cream
Diced black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Prepare the pasta according to instructions and mix with 2 spoons of olive oil.
2. Fry the onion until it becomes yellow, add the herbs and mix a little, add the tomatoes and stir-fry briefly, add the cream and the spices.
3. Add the pasta to the sauce and mix until every part of the pasta is covered by sauce. Serve in a serving plate and add grated yellow cheese on top (optional).
