Pasta with olive oil and sundried tomatoes
There are few things better than a good pasta dish. I can eat a huge bowl by myself without a problem. The flavor of the dried tomatoes with the golden slices of garlic is incredible. It’s a celebration of flavors in your mouth! Needless to say, it’s easy to prepare and a welcome addition to lunch or supper. I love these kinds of recipes.
Makes 3 servings
Ingredients:
300 grams pasta
Dried tomatoes
8 cloves of garlic
3 Tbsp finely chopped parsley
1/4 cup olive oil
Ground black pepper
1 tsp salt OR 1 level Tbsp chicken bouillon if you prefer
Grated Pecorino cheese
Or any cheese of choice
Preparation:
1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package, drain, add two Tbsp of oil and stir. Set aside.
2. Heat the pan and the olive oil. Slice the garlic and add to the pan, sautéing until lightly golden. Add the cooked pasta and sauté together for around a minute. Add the parsley and season with salt.
3. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle dried tomatoes and grated cheese on top.
So yummy!
