Pasta with vegetables

Here’s a dish that I don’t have to plan ahead of time, because the preparation time is so short that there’s nothing to prepare in advance. It takes just 15 minutes and it’s ready to be served. Who knew that baby carrots could be so tasty?

Ingredients:

300g spaghetti
400g baby carrots
2 big peppers
onion
2 cloves of chopped garlic
Tablespoon of sweet chili sauce
One tablespoon of soup powder
Ground black pepper
Salt 

Preparation:

1. Cook the carrots for around 5 minutes in boiling water and drain.

2. Prepare the pasta according to the instructions, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mix and set aside.

3. Cut the pepper into cubes, fry in a hot pan with oil for around 2 minutes. Cut the onion and add it together with the garlic and fry for a few minutes.

4. Add the carrots, chili sauce and seasoning and toss together for around 2 minutes. Add the pasta, heat for another minute on the flame and check the seasoning.

Simple and easy.
