Peach pie

I combined peaches and a delicate almond cream. The result was very impressive and tasty!

Pie pan


100 gr butter
80 gr (4 spoons) sugar
200 gr (1 1/2 cup minus spoon) flour
120 ml (1/2 cup) whipping cream
Canned peaches

Almond and Vanilla Cream:
100 gr butter
100 gr ground almonds
100 gr sugar powder
2 eggs
1 spoonful of Instant Vanilla


1. Place all the ingredients into a mixer or bowl and Process the ingredients until they become dough. Let it cool for half an half hour.

2. Flatten dough to a leaf, put into pan and tighten, cut off sides and freeze.

2. Whisk butter and sugar powder; add eggs, almonds and Instant Vanilla.

3. Cut off the peaches into moon shaped slices, spread the almond cream on the dough and arrange the peaches on top close to each other.

4. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes or until the pie is golden.
