


Pizza in the Pan
10 minutes and the pizza is on the table (rising of the dough time not included).There is nothing like a home-made pizza! fast, delicious and great treat. Easy and simple, success guaranteed.
3 small pizzas
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of flour
2 tsp. dry yeast or 1/3 package fresh yeast
3 spoons olive oil
1/3 cup of warm water+2 spoons
1/2 tsp. salt
tomato sauce
ketchup
topping:
chopped tomato
olives
corn
Preparation:
1. Prepare all toppings in advanced, sliced and chopped, including yellow cheese.
2. Place all the ingredients into a mixer or bowl, knead the dough for about 8 – 10 minutes on low speed, put the dough in a bowl and Let it rise for 30 minutes.
3. Flatten the dough as big as you like, but do not exceed the diameter of the pan.
4. In a hot pan put 2 tablespoons of olive oil. put the dough into the pan and fry for couple of minutes or until the is golden. Turn the dough over and quickly begin to put the toppings, cheese on top and cover until the cheese melts and dough is golden, Serve immediately.
