Potato and mushroom pie

Easy to prepare pie, suitable to every kind of meal. It is a pleasure to treat oneself to a pie accompanied by a salad.

baking pan 19X29


Puff pastry
4 medium-sized potatoes
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 onion
1 packet of Champignon Mushrooms
1 tsp. mayonnaise
Diced black pepper


1. Boil and cook the potatoes until they are very soft, then mash Them. grate the eggs and mix them with the potatoes. fry the onions until golden, chop the mushrooms and fry them with the onion for 2 more minutes add to the potatoes.

2. Flatten the dough in the pan, flatten the potatoes on top and add another layer of dough on top the potatoes.

3. Brush an egg on the dough and sprinkle some Sesame and Paprika and bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes.

4. Serve with Mushroom Sauce.
