


Potatoes in Sauce
I am all for making things differently; who knows what the results will be? Maybe you will discover something new… Usually, potatoes are prepared in the oven or as an addition to chicken.
They are side dish to barbecue, so what if we cook them on the fire?
I will add a bit of mushrooms (so that they shouldn’t feel lonely) and I’ll get a delicious stew!
So let’s get down to business!
Ingredients:
2 chopped onions
4 potatoes cut into small-medium cubes
1 packet of Champignon Mushrooms cut roughly
2 cups water
1 spoon Paprika
1/2 tsp. Curry
Diced black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. In a hot pan put 4 tablespoons of olive oil and cook and stir the potatoes until they are golden, add the onions and Cook for a few minutes or until the onion is transparent . Add the mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes, add spices and water.
2. Cook while mixing until the potatoes are soft, add liquids when necessary and cook for 30-40 minutes on low fire.
