Potatoes with artichoke hearts
Classic side dish of potatoes and artichoke hearts! In general, artichoke hearts are stuffed, but here I’ve chosen to cook them together with potatoes in a tasty sauce. It’s a perfect addition to the main course
1 packet of frozen artichoke hearts
1 chopped medium-size onion
3 potatoes cut into small cubes
2 cups water
1 full spoon of Paprika
1 bit of chicken grill spice
1 spoon Silan
Diced black pepper
1. Fry the onions until they’re soft and golden, add potatoes and and stir-fry for 5 more minutes, add water, spices and Silan and cook for 10 minutes, bring to boil and lower the fire.
2. Cut the artichoke hearts into quarters, add them to the pot and cook for 40 minutes, add water if necessary and check seasoning.
