Potatoes with Sausage
This is a very tasty side dish that we love: golden soft potato cubes, Sausage cubes and mushrooms, all stir-fried together and the tastes blend. I add several Sherry Tomatoes to make it juicy, and a good portion of meat, and here you have the best lunch ever!
Ingredients:
3 potatoes cut into small cubes
200 gr. sausage cut into small cubes
1 packet of Champignon Mushrooms roughly cut
10 Sherry Tomatoes cut in half
Chopped parsley
Diced black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Fry the potatoes until they become soft and golden, add the mushrooms and fry two more minutes, add the Sausage and stir-fry for several minutes, add the tomatoes and stir-fry a couple of times, season and take off the fire.
