Puff pastry with vegetables

These are fast and tasty snacks, easy to prepare, when you want to treat someone or have a different supper. When the guests knock on the door, the snack is already in the oven, the house is full of smells and the compliments arrive. What have I done? Barely 5 minutes of work!

Squares of Puff Pastry
1 big red pepper
2 carrots
1 small Zucchini
1 bit of yellow cheese
Diced black pepper


1. Cut vegetables into small cubes and fry until they are soft; start with the carrots.

2. Put the vegetables into the center of the squares, sprinkle yellow cheese and bake at 180 Degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.

3. Serve immediately
