Quick and easy spaghetti bolognese recipe
This is a great dish! Everything cooks in one pot, including the pasta, which soaks up all the flavors of the sauce. I was so pleased with the result.
It’s one of the best recipes, filling and delicious. Kids and adults love it.
Makes 4 servings
Preparation time:
Around 30 minutes
Ingredients:
200 grams pasta
500 grams ground beef
2 chopped onions
100 grams tomato paste
1 Tbsp ketchup
3.5 cups water
1 Tbsp sweet paprika
1 Tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp sugar
Ground black pepper
Salt (if needed, to taste)
Preparation:
1. Finely dice the onion and heat 3-4 Tbsp of oil in a pot. Add the meat and sauté for several minutes while breaking up chunks. Add the tomato paste, ketchup, sugar, spices and water, cook for several minutes on medium heat.
2. Break the pasta in half and add to the pot, along with 2.5 cups of water. Bring to a boil and lower to medium heat for around 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Before removing from the heat, check that the pasta is cooked enough.
Good to know…
The pasta cooks together with the meat and doesn’t need to be cooked beforehand.
