Easy garlic bread
This goes quickly! You might as well do yourself a favor and double the recipe. It’s that tasty. This is definitely one of those classic crowd pleasers that no one ever gets bored of eating. I love these kinds of recipes. You get a great result with minimal effort, and everyone’s happy.
4 rolls, preferably long
1 heaped tsp crushed garlic
100 grams very soft butter
1/3 tsp salt
70 grams grated cheese of choice
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
1. Preheat an oven to 180°C.
2. Cut each roll lengthwise. In a small bowl, mix together the butter, garlic, and salt, and brush/spread the mixture onto each half of the roll.
3. Place in oven and bake for a few minutes until slightly golden.
4. Sprinkle with cheese and place back in the oven for another minute or two.
*5. Sprinkle the parsley on top, cut into smaller pieces (or not), and savor every bite!
This is as good as it gets!
