Rice and carrots
One of the most classical additions to the main course in my house is rice. I always keep it at home. It lends itself to multiple varieties of dishes. Its main advantage is that it is ready in a minute and everybody loves it.
2 cups of rice
2 big grated carrots
3 cups of water
Crushed black pepper
2 tsp. of salt
1. Warm up a pot with oil, add carrots and fry for a minute, mix the rice into the cooking, add water and spices Boil and covered.
2. Lower the fire and cook for approximately 18 minutes, turn off and leave covered for 10 minutes.
