Roasted Bun with Hyssop and Vegetables

1 bun sliced into thin slices
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp. salt
Sliced Sherry Tomatoes
2 slices of chopped / grated yellow cheese
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
- 2. Mix oil, Hyssop and salt and brush the slices, then apply vegetables and cheese.
3. Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
