Roasted Cauliflower Recipe
Three ingredients can create a wonderful dish. I prepare it on every occasion. Seasoning and to the oven, no trouble at all. It is unbelievable how roasted cauliflower intensifies the flavor and gives it an earthy taste.
1 cauliflower separated into flowers
Diced black pepper
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
2. Soak the flowers in boiling water for a minute and filter.
3. Brush the flowers with oil and season with salt, bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown or until it becomes soft.
