Roasted Pepper Salad

Ingredients:

6 red peppers
30 Sherry Tomatoes
Hot peppers
Olive oil
1 thinly sliced garlic clove
Crushed black pepper
2 spoons vinegar
Salt

Preparation:

  1. 1. line pan with baking paper, cut peppers into halves and arrange them in the pan. Bake them at 180 Degrees Celsius for half an hour and put aside in a closed bag.
  1. 2. Wait for half an hour and in the meantime cut the Sherry Tomatoes into halves and Bake them at 180 Degrees for 20 minutes.
  1. 3. Peel the peppers and cut them into stripes. Mix peppers and tomatoes, add olive oil, spices, vinegar and the garlic.
