Roasted Pepper Salad
Ingredients:
6 red peppers
30 Sherry Tomatoes
Hot peppers
Olive oil
1 thinly sliced garlic clove
Crushed black pepper
2 spoons vinegar
Salt
Preparation:
- 1. line pan with baking paper, cut peppers into halves and arrange them in the pan. Bake them at 180 Degrees Celsius for half an hour and put aside in a closed bag.
- 2. Wait for half an hour and in the meantime cut the Sherry Tomatoes into halves and Bake them at 180 Degrees for 20 minutes.
- 3. Peel the peppers and cut them into stripes. Mix peppers and tomatoes, add olive oil, spices, vinegar and the garlic.
