


Roasting tomatoes and onions in oven
To me one of the most beloved vegetables are tomatoes, mainly cherry Tomatoes; I eat them like a snack one after the other, but I also like to amuse myself by cooking them in a variety of ways. One of them is baking them in the oven together with onion and adding a tasty dressing; great side dish both with meat and with cheese.
Ingredients:
1 big onion cut into quarters and sliced
20 Sherry Tomatoes cut into half
A quantum of Thyme
Balsamic Vinegar
Salt
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
1. Spread onion in the pan, put the tomatoes on top, sprinkle Thyme and salt, olive oil and bake for 22-25 minutes. add drezel Balsamic Vinegar on top and serve.
