Romanian Eggplant Salad

Is there anybody who doesn’t know what Romanian Eggplant Salad is? Roasted eggplants, garlic, peppers and you get a delicious eggplant salad which is tastier on a slice of good bread.

Preparation:

1.Take out the contents of the eggplants and cut roughly, mince the peppers roughly, mix with all ingredients, season and sprinkle Chives on top.
