This is an easy salad and it is colorful and tasty. One always needs a salad on the table to make the meal good; as far as I’m concerned the more the merrier.
Root Vegetables Salad
3 servings
Ingredients:
3 carrots
1 medium sized beet
4-5 small radishes
Dressing:
4-5 spoons olive oil
1 spoon lemon juice
1 tsp. honey
3/4 tsp. mustard
Diced black pepper
Salt
Preparation:
1. Cut the vegetables into thin sticks.
2. Mix the ingredients of the dressing, Drizzle the dressing over the salad 40 minutes before serving mix from time to time.
