Schnitzel and pasta

They are small and devoured fast, crispy mini-schnitzels coated with Sesame. Children love classic lunch, so don’t dwell on descriptions, go and serve them one.


700 gr. chicken breast cut into small to medium pieces
300 gr. Pasta
100 gr. tomato puree
1 tsp. Paprika
1 spoon brown sugar
Sugar if necessary
2 eggs
1 spoon of Sweet-Chilly Sauce
1 tsp. Paprika
1 spoon soup powder
1/2 cup Sesame


1. Beat the eggs, add the spices and the Chilly, dip the chicken breast  and coat them with breadcrumbs mixed with Sesame.

2. Add several spoons of oil to heated pan and fry the pieces of breast from both sides until they’re yellow (this happens fast because they are small). Then transfer to absorbing paper towels.

3. Prepare the Pasta according to instructions, take off the fire, add two spoons of oil and mix.

4. In separate pan, put 2-3 spoons of oil, brown sugar, tomato puree, Paprika, 1 cup of liquid from the Pasta, bring to boil and add the Pasta, cook for two minutes while mixing.

*5. Serve in plates with Mini-Schnitzels on top.
