


Schnitzel recipe
Each mother has her own schnitzel and she believes it is the best one. I have my own recipe. There is nothing like a hot yellow schnitzel straight from the pan with chips on the side. By the way, the chips are baked.
7-8 schnitzels
Ingredients:
600 gr. schnitzels
2 eggs
1 tsp. mustard
1 spoon Ketchup
1 spoon mayonnaise
1 tsp. Paprika
1 spoon soup powder
Breadcrumbs
1 flat tsp. flour
Preparation:
1. Beat the eggs, add the ingredients; dip the schnitzels in the eggs. Mix crumbs and flour and roll the schnitzels in them.
