Shawarma with Noodles and Vegetables

This is another quick dish whose preparation is only a matter of minutes. It contains meat, vegetables and even noodles; it is satisfying and tasty.


500 gr. female Turkey cut into small cubes
2 onions cut in half and thinly sliced
2 red peppers cut into stripes
2 yellow peppers cut into stripes
1 packet Champignon Mushrooms roughly cut
200 gr. egg Spaghetti / noodles
2 spoons honey
1 tsp. Soya
Soup powder
Diced black pepper


1. In a hot pan, fry the Shawarma for 2-3 minutes and keep on the side.

2. In a hot pan, fry the onions until they become yellow, add the peppers and stir-fry several times on high fire, add the mushrooms and stir-fry some more until all vegetables get soft, add the Shawarma and stir-fry, add the honey, Soya and salt and pepper.

3. Prepare the noodles according to instructions, add to the pan and stir-fry a bit with the rest; check seasoning.
